Casa nostra
Made before the town wakes up
Two families, one recipe book from Naples, and a batch freezer that starts at six. Fruit comes from the Pazar market, milk from the islands, and the pistachios travel further than we do.
We make only what we can sell the same day. The case is full at noon and nearly empty by midnight, and that is how it should be.
“If it is still here tomorrow, we got the quantity wrong.”
